*Please add a $25.00 security per space. Returnable once space has been left cleaned and undamaged. A Lumberjack Festival Board member must approve that your space has been left in good condition upon departure of the Festival to receive your security deposit back.

Applications must be returned by June 1st 2012. After that no checks, only money orders or certified checks will be accepted.

1. Check for total space
2. Photo of display
3. Signed contract
4. Proof of ID#
Set up hours:
Wednesday, anytime
Thursday: before noon
***Food Vendors are required to stay ALL 4 days of the Festival. No refunds or credits. Please be prepared for any weather situation. The Festival goes on rain or shine.Please stay open for business at least till 10:00 PM.
The Festival officially ends at 6:00PM on Sunday.
No one will be closing down or removing any items before that point!
No Electric grills or fryers - GAS only!
